Love this AC unit. However it did have a little trouble before the warranty period ended. I contacted Olimpia customer service and right away they helped to fix the problem. No run around or anything. Sent the unit back and received a new one right away! Very helpful, communicative, and friendly customer service. Happy customer.

I got this little AC unit for my shop/garage about a month ago and it works really good. I’m in Houston and it gets hot down here, so this AC unit has been a life saver. Set up was simple and I have not had any issues after using it. Highly recommend this.

I received my Olimpia Splendid Dolceclima Compact and was pleased with the quality of the unit. It comes with a window installation kit which makes use and set up is super easy. It can easily be moved from room to room and has a remote control which makes it very convenient. I would recommend this unit for ease of use and quality.

I received the Dolceclima Compact 3 in 1 Air Conditioner, fan and dehumidifier a month ago so happy I did. Wow, great product. The style is very nice, compact, and fits pretty much anywhere. CONVENIENT. Comes with the hardware to install in horizontal sliding windows. Easy to follow instructions, it takes no time to set up. Air flows really good, it keeps the area cool.

We have owned several portable AC units over the past 3 years. This model is by far the best. This is actually the 2nd one of this model we have purchased. They are both running in different locations of our house and cool the rooms they are in very nice. Even the vent hose and fittings are much better quality and fit than other units we have owned. Very heavy duty.

It has actually been a very warm winter here. For me it was a bit of a struggle to get it set up with the hose in the window. Hubby had no problem. This is also a humidifier and works quite well. Very dry here this summer. Summer will be great with the AC.

The Olimpia Splendid Dolceclima Air Pro 14 HP is an air conditioner, heater (with thermostat), fan, and dehumidifier. Installation was a cinch, as it comes with a mounting kit, along with a flexible tube for venting. The portable unit conditions, as well as removes humidity, with it’s tankless auto evaporation for an area up to 500 square feet. Cooling operates at 14,000 BTUs per hour, and heating at 11,000. It’s quieter than most, has a more modern design, and doesn’t leak water (like brands I’ve used in the past). It comes with a remote control, but is also equipped with a touchscreen LED display. I would certainly recommend this home appliance to others.

I ordered this unit to heat/cool and dehumidify my finished basement area, which is around 500 square feet. It was easy to set up and vent, as everything needed to set up was provided. It heats the area really well which was the primary reason I bought it. The dehumidifier is also a great feature for my needs and seems to be doing the job just fine. I was nervous that a heater of this size would be excessively loud and interfere with watching TV, but it hasn’t been an issue. I plan on bringing it upstairs in the summers to help cool the second floor. So far I'm very satisfied.
